Barraquito is a coffee unique to Canary Islands, Spain. Probably it was invented in half of the 20th century when a man entered bar Imperial in Tenerife (one of the Canary Islands) and asked for a special drink. Then, he became a regular guest of that bar and ordered his coffee every day. It is said this man was called 'Barraco', so his recipe was called 'barraquito'.
